We have a strict no children or guest policy in the salon.
Cancellation policy
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations.
All deposits are non refundable.
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will lose your deposit.
Any appointment cancelled with more than 48 hours notice can redeem their deposit against a future booking.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and 'no show's' will result in a 50% fee of the treatment price. Repeat cancellations will result in a non refundable and non redeemable upfront payment of the full treatment price to secure your booking.
Booking Policy
A patch test must be carried out no less than 24 hours before your appointment on all lash and brow treatments, apart from threading and waxing.
Please book your patch test in the booking section.
If you can't see a date or time that suits you then please contact us.
Failure to have a patch test will result in your appointment being cancelled.
